📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine laboratory tests to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Assist in maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
  • Record and document test results accurately.
  • Participate in quality control and assurance activities.
  • Support the lab manager in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the production team to address any quality issues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Food Science, Laboratory Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
