📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by providing product information and processing payments.,Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including counting and depositing cash.,Assist in stock management by updating inventory levels.,Promote products and services to customers to drive sales.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and cash handling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with basic cash handling procedures and inventory management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
