As a Certified Personal Trainer at our gym, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals. You will create customized workout plans using industry-standard tools like MyFitnessPal and Fitbod. Daily, you'll lead group classes, conduct one-on-one sessions, and provide nutritional advice to help clients achieve their fitness objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients using tools like MyFitnessPal and Fitbod
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions and lead group fitness classes
- Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed
- Provide nutritional guidance and education to clients
- Ensure a safe and motivating training environment
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress
- Promote our gym's services and membership options to new clients
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification from a reputable organization
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Experience with fitness software like MyFitnessPal and Fitbod
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals
- Ability to travel to client locations when necessary
