📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle any employee relations issues, providing fair and consistent solutions.,Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.,Work closely with the Supervisor to ensure that all objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team of employees.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.,Must be able to speak and write Indonesian fluently.
