📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the provincial government's data center infrastructure.
• Ensure the security, efficiency, and scalability of critical government data systems.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery plans to protect against data loss and system failures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and optimize existing systems.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively address any issues to maintain uptime and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
• Lead training and development initiatives for data center staff.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data center operations and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center management or a similar role.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or cybersecurity (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+).
• Proven experience with data center management tools such as VMware, Microsoft Azure, or IBM Power Systems.
• Strong understanding of government data security and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
