Easy Glow Dinamis is seeking an experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging and effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, a passion for learning and development, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while still contributing to our company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop engaging and effective training programs and materials,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities,Facilitate training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training platforms,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills,Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
