📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Good organizational and time management skills.
