📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
