📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the leasing portfolio, including new and existing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless leasing operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of leasing initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial vehicle leasing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum education of SMA/Sederajat.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle leasing, fleet management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of leasing contracts, regulatory requirements, and financial principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with leasing management software such as SAP Lease Accounting or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
