📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve targets.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor department performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving departmental and company goals.,Familiarity with HR management and employee development is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
