The Deputy Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing excellent service to our patients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Supervise and mentor staff to maintain high standards of patient care and service.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.,Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the hospital environment.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of hospital operations and patient care standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid certification in healthcare management or a related field is preferred.
