📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage housing project plans, ensuring they align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to oversee construction and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Engage with community stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to navigate approval processes.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in housing project management, preferably in the Indonesian construction industry.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
