PT Luhur Bukit is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
