📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Coordinate with team members to address production issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update production records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss production progress, challenges, and solutions.,Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production processes.,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Professional and friendly attitude, with a strong work ethic.
