As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, qualifications, and responsibilities required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment progress and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) is required.
