Hotel Budi Butik is seeking a dynamic and experienced Section Head to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the hotel, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring efficiency and quality.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Contribute to the overall strategic planning and growth of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
