Bright One Corporindo is looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site work with remote tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, including cost and time estimates.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff on best practices and safety procedures.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.
