📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage a team of store assistants and provide training and development opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and trends is an advantage.
