📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Report to senior management on departmental performance and progress.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.,Handle and resolve employee-related issues and conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
