📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and beverage supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and address any issues related to food quality.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve high performance.,Possession of a relevant culinary qualification or certification.
