Apotek Joko Dental Clinic is looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of our dental clinic, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition. You will also be involved in the planning, design, and implementation of new mechanical systems to improve the efficiency and functionality of our clinic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment and machinery in the dental clinic.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical systems to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.,Develop and implement plans for the installation, modification, and replacement of mechanical systems in the clinic.,Collaborate with other engineering departments to ensure that mechanical systems integrate seamlessly with other aspects of the clinic's operations.,Train and mentor junior mechanical engineers and technicians to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mechanical engineering and apply this knowledge to improve the clinic's mechanical systems.,Ensure that all mechanical work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations.,Manage and oversee the budget for mechanical maintenance and upgrades in the clinic.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the dental or healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery used in dental clinics.,Experience with CAD software and other mechanical design tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.,Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.,Ability to manage and oversee budgets for mechanical maintenance and upgrades.
