Resto Gilang Geprek is looking for a Lead Store Admin to join our team in Pasuruan. As the Lead Store Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing our store operations, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and implemented correctly.,Train and mentor junior store staff to ensure high standards of service and operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions and inventory.,Monitor and report store performance metrics to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of new store initiatives and programs.,Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a store administration or customer service role.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
