📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including regular servicing, repairs, and replacements.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and safe delivery of vehicles.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
