📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Reviewing financial records, transactions, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Assisting in the implementation of corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
