Salon Cahya Shop is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our salon.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and purchases.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including restocking products and organizing displays.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Promote salon services and products to customers.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.,Assist with inventory management and reporting.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Willingness to work remotely and follow company policies and procedures.,Ability to meet the salary range and work hours as required.
