Port Global Indonesia is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Duren Sawit.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with development teams to ensure documentation accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Review and edit technical documents for clarity and accuracy,Ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and changes,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other related materials,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
