📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage community engagement and partnership initiatives to enhance NTU's presence and impact in Bali and the surrounding region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and oversee projects that foster collaboration between NTU and local partners.
  • Represent NTU at high-profile events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen our reputation and network.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement and partnership programs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals working on community engagement and partnerships.
  • Stay updated on local trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Advocate for NTU's values and goals within the local community and among stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in community engagement, partnership development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams and projects.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate NTU's vision and mission effectively.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Familiarity with international education and academic collaboration is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
