In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies,Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement,Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR matters,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven experience in managing employee benefits and compensation,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
