ORBIT Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Manage store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales tracking.,Assist in merchandising and display of products to attract customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service.,Promote store events and special offers to drive sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Report any issues or concerns to the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus.,Proven ability to work in a team and independently.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check.
