📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting department's budget and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management.,Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance and training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
