📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Contribute to improving our technical writing processes and tools.
  • Ensure that all technical documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.
  • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
