Bahagia Krisna Medical Center is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Mempawah. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our medical equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for improving patient care through effective communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and other documentation for medical equipment and systems.,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.,Create and update training materials for medical staff and patients.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical technology and documentation best practices.,Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional content for new products and services.,Provide technical writing support for internal and external communications.,Ensure all documentation complies with relevant regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of medical terminology and industry standards.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with medical equipment and systems is a plus.,Familiarity with documentation software and tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
