📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Represent Alliance Capital Partners at high-energy events, roadshows, and public engagements in Bali.
• Engage with attendees, answer questions, and collect valuable feedback to improve our marketing strategies.
• Ensure our brand message is consistently delivered and that our booth or display area is well-maintained and attractive.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement engaging activities and demonstrations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including setup, breakdown, and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our brand remains relevant and appealing.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all attendees and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or investment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of people.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with event planning and management software, such as Eventbrite or Cvent, is a plus.
• Passion for the financial services industry and a strong understanding of our products and services.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
