📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Use Salesforce to track and manage client interactions and ensure all client data is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement client engagement strategies.
- Attend and participate in client meetings and events as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relations or a similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
