📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Lead the recruitment process, sourcing and hiring top talent to meet departmental needs.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, aligning with company goals and industry best practices.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
