📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the daily operations of our online store, including order processing and customer service.
• Create and publish engaging content for our social media channels, including images, videos, and live streaming sessions.
• Host live streaming sessions to showcase our products and engage with our B2B customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Proven experience in content creation and live streaming.
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
