Collection Staff (Incasso) - Retail & Consumer Products

As part of our finance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate collections, helping us maintain strong financial health and customer relationships.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our company's receivables, working closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure prompt payment from our clients. You'll use our in-house accounting software, SAP, to track and manage our receivables, and you'll be responsible for preparing and sending out invoices, payment reminders, and follow-up calls. You'll also be involved in our monthly and quarterly financial reporting, helping to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track company receivables using SAP accounting software
• Prepare and send out invoices, payment reminders, and follow-up calls to ensure timely payments
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to payments
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Identify and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies
• Maintain and update customer records and payment history in our CRM system
• Provide regular reports to management on collection performance and trends
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial documents as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a focus on receivables management
• Familiarity with SAP accounting software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
