📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of AKR Land Development's real estate projects, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans and budgets for our development projects, aligning with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide financial guidance and support to project managers and development teams.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and recommend strategic solutions.
• Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Collaborate with external auditors and financial advisors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in real estate finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or financial reporting, with a focus on real estate or construction projects.
