📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace harmony and productivity.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to understand concerns and suggestions.
• Resolve workplace conflicts and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
• Facilitate training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR team members to develop and execute HR initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations, preferably in a multinational or diverse environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with conflict resolution and mediation is a plus.
